Responsibilities Include

  • To research and produce high quality and innovative agendas for global conferences using in-depth phonebased and desktop research of key subject areas
  • To research important industry related topics and keep up to date with market trends to ensure streams of content are relevant to our audience
  • To source, select, and secure the participation of high level, industry-leading speakers through research, networking, and existing contacts to achieve your target requirements
  • To assume full project ownership of each event from a content perspective and to ensure that events run to deadline and to schedule close working with the cross functional team
  • To produce all content related copy for your events including sales-driven brochures, websites, direct mail and emails
  • To contribute to social media activity for the events through regular participation on LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media channels to nurture a community as well as promote the events
  • To be responsible for the onsite delivery of the events through meticulous on-site execution of the conferences to exceptional customer standards once physical events resume
  • To provide input for the sales and marketing strategy for the events by identifying and suggesting possible sponsors, supporters and media partners
  • To contribute towards portfolio development by generating topics to deliver a forward schedule of viable programs and to conduct due diligence and assist in the development of new ideas for expanding the portfolio
  • To make and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders and to develop and build communities around the events in the portfolio
  • To work with other departments to ensure all processes are efficient and effective as possible, suggesting new processes where necessary
  • To work with the senior management team to grow and enhance the product and service offering across the portfolio to maintain market leadership

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A high level of awareness on topics related to latest technologies and are target and deadline driven
  • Strong networking skills
  • Ability to solve problems and successfully engage with appropriate technical and internal resources
  • Ability to quickly understand a market and draw up list of appropriate topics and speakers

Responsibilities Include

  • Possess a working understanding of B2B conference sponsorship, or event sales, ideally in the technology sector
  • Identify the most incredible companies around the world to partner with through exciting and unique proposals
  • To sell sponsorship opportunities to both new and existing clients
  • To manage the sale from lead generation to on-site delivery
  • Keeping up to date with current market trends and competitor activity
  • Be confident and creative with bespoke proposals that directly relates to the client’s needs, think outside the box to generate ideas that may not be offered at traditional event organisers
  • To develop, maintain and expand relationships with clients across the globe
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecast
  • Making sure sales pipeline is accurately recorded and updated on the CRM
  • To achieve set KPIs and sales targets within timelines
  • Create a positive working environment within the team where individuals can help each other prepare proposals and secure deals
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to network with senior industry leaders
  • Customer-focused & ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects

Responsibilities Include

  • Your primary job function is to get registrations over the telephone for the events you are assigned to
  • To research new leads and follow up existing leads
  • To maximise sales time by effectively targeting the correct clients, their role, and their companies
  • To generate maximum footfall on any event you are selling
  • To work within a team environment towards team goals
  • To meet or exceed personal targets, revenue targets and call time rates
  • You will be traveling to certain events and meet clients face-to-face
  • To convince the prospects of the benefits of attending our event

Responsibilities Include

  • Understand company vision and design aesthetics, helping drive a consistent design sensibility across all events
  • Creation of design concepts for our websites, internal communications, and social media platforms
  • Designing event marketing collaterals like brochures, agenda as well as print materials (brochures, standees, onsite branding materials)
  • Create site plans & floor plans closer to the event
  • Create site plans & floor plans closer to the event
  • Maintain appropriate documentations for each conference
  • Ensure completion of design elements by deadline

  • The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

  • Conduct performance management and provide feedback
  • Manage Payroll and benefits for employees

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

Responsibilities Include

  • Work alongside marketing head and executives to develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, client advocacy and more
  • Analyse, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM and email marketing
  • Actively identify marketing and promotion opportunities
  • Gain media and association partners for respective events and develop network of appropriate contacts for promotion.
  • Work in conjunction with branding and design teams to set up marketing collaterals (websites, brochures, forms, creatives for social media etc)
  • Set up social media campaigns for individual events
  • Manage the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing activities
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B events industry
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to handle multiple events at a time
  • Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and constantly striving for excellence and success
  • Customer focused and knows how to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of SEO content writing
  • Basic knowledge of social media and email marketing
  • Self-motivation/drive with a work-ethic based on never giving up.
  • Basic idea of Adobe Photoshop/Canva/Illustrator or similar software/app is a plus
