CODE OF CONDUCT
Introduction
Welcome to INOEX GLOBAL events! We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all participants. Please read this document carefully and adhere to its guidelines to help us ensure a positive and respectful experience for everyone.
Scope
This Code of Conduct applies to all events organized, hosted, or co-hosted by INOEX GLOBAL, including but not limited to conferences, summits, seminars, meet-ups, workshops, business gatherings, and social events, whether in physical or virtual formats (collectively referred to as “events”). By participating in these events as an attendee, speaker, sponsor, partner, or volunteer, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct and cooperate with event organizers in enforcing it.
Short Version
INOEX GLOBAL is dedicated to fostering a harassment-free environment for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. Harassment of event participants in any form will not be tolerated. Use of sexual language or imagery is inappropriate for any event venue, including talks. Participants violating these guidelines may face sanctions or expulsion from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers.

Unacceptable Behavior
The following behaviors are considered harassment and are strictly prohibited within our community:
- Violence and Threats: Engaging in or threatening violence against another person.
- Discriminatory Jokes and Language: Using sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, or otherwise discriminatory jokes or language.
- Explicit Material: Posting or displaying sexually explicit or violent material.
- Doxing: Posting or threatening to post others’ personally identifiable information.
- Personal Insults: Insulting individuals based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability.
- Inappropriate Recording: Taking photographs or recordings without consent.
- Unwelcome Physical Contact: Engaging in physical contact without someone’s consent.
- Unwanted Sexual Attention: Making sexualized comments, jokes, or advances, and engaging in inappropriate touching or groping.
- Intimidation and Stalking: Deliberately intimidating, stalking, or following someone, either online or in person.
- Advocating Harmful Behavior: Promoting or encouraging any of the behaviors listed above.
- Disruptive Conduct: Sustaining disruptions during events, including during talks and presentations.
- Prohibited Items: Bringing weapons, alcohol, or drugs to INOEX GLOBAL venues.
Reporting and Response
If you experience or witness harassment or have any concerns, please contact a member of the event staff immediately. For in-person events, staff members can be found at the Registration Desk, typically located at the venue entrance. For online events, you can reach out via the Help Desk button.
Event staff will assist in contacting venue security or local law enforcement, providing escorts, or taking other measures to ensure your safety. We value your participation and are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all attendees.
Compliance
All participants are expected to adhere to these guidelines at event venues and during all event-related activities, including social gatherings.
