GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Introduction
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, and Disclaimer Notice and all agreements between the parties. “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person visiting this website and agreeing to INOEX GLOBAL’s terms and conditions. “The Company,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to INOEX GLOBAL. “Party,” “Parties,” or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect to the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Alteration of the Advertised Package
INOEX GLOBAL will endeavor to adhere to the advertised package and agenda for the event disclosed to the Client before the date of this agreement. However, such packages and/or agendas may be altered, parts thereof omitted, or dates changed, for any cause that INOEX GLOBAL (after consultation with the Client), acting reasonably, considers necessary. Notwithstanding the above, INOEX GLOBAL will use its best efforts to organize the event at a suitable venue or online platform (whichever is applicable), and on the proposed dates. Clients should not rely on oral representations concerning the dates. Any change in dates will be communicated by email, and if this fails, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. INOEX GLOBAL reserves the right, without penalty, to change the venue or online platform (whichever is applicable) or the date of the event.
Cancellation by Client
- Within 48 Hours of Booking: If a cancellation request is received within 48 hours of booking, the Client is entitled to a credit note equivalent to the full booking amount, provided the booking date is not less than 30 days from the event date.
- After 48 Hours of Booking: If a cancellation request is raised after 48 hours of booking, the Client is entitled to a credit note equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount, provided the booking date is not less than 30 days from the event date.
- Within 30 Days of Event Date: Any cancellation request received within 30 days of the event date will not be entitled to any credit note.
- No Participation: If the Client does not officially request a cancellation and does not participate in the event, no credit note will be issued.
- Outstanding Payments: In all scenarios, if the Client has not made the payment, 100% of the invoiced amount shall remain due.
Limitation of Liability
INOEX GLOBAL shall not be liable for any special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of this agreement or the services provided hereunder, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of use, or any damages or sums paid by the Client to third parties, even if INOEX GLOBAL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Privacy and Data Protection
INOEX GLOBAL reserves the right to use, for promotional purposes, any material recorded at the Event, whether in photographic, audio, or audio-visual format, without time limitation and in any format. The Attendee hereby waives any privacy rights due to their presence at the Event and agrees not to initiate any legal proceedings against INOEX GLOBAL arising from the Organizer’s use of such material. The data provided in this form will be stored and used for logistical and communication purposes. INOEX GLOBAL will not sell or disclose this information to any third party other than for matters directly related to the Event.
Force Majeure
In the event of postponement or abandonment of the event due to war, threats or acts of terrorism, or force majeure, INOEX GLOBAL shall not be liable for any expenditure, liability, or loss incurred by Clients. An alternate date for the event will be scheduled within six months of the original date, and the Client’s participation will be moved to the rescheduled event. If the Client cannot attend the rescheduled event, a full credit note will be issued, which can be used to attend any future INOEX GLOBAL events. If the rescheduled event occurs more than six months after the original date, the Client may request a full refund, which will be processed within 30 days of the request.
Postponement of Event
If INOEX GLOBAL postpones the event for reasons other than Force Majeure, an alternate date will be scheduled within six months of the original date, and the Client’s participation will be moved to the rescheduled event. If the Client cannot attend the rescheduled event, a full credit note will be issued for use at any future INOEX GLOBAL event. If the rescheduled event takes place more than six months from the original date, the Client may request a full refund, which will be processed within 30 days of the request.
Cancellation of Event
If INOEX GLOBAL cancels the event for any reason, the full amount paid by the Client will be refunded within 30 business days of cancellation without the Client being able to claim any compensation.
Miscellaneous
This agreement constitutes the sole and exclusive agreement between INOEX GLOBAL and the Client. The Client acknowledges that no other warranties, representations, or acknowledgements, written or verbal, have been made that are not reflected herein. These terms and conditions may not be altered by INOEX GLOBAL without written confirmation from a director and will be effective only if made in writing and signed by INOEX GLOBAL and an authorized representative of the Client. The names of all authorized directors of INOEX GLOBAL will be provided upon request. Time is of the essence concerning this agreement. This agreement is binding upon all parties upon execution and delivery to the other party. Delivery by email shall constitute delivery. Notices or communications related to this agreement shall be sent via email to the parties (INOEX GLOBAL and the Client) as follows: Notices sent via email shall be deemed received at the time of delivery. All notices sent on a non-business day shall be deemed received on the next business day. The construction, validity, and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction in Dubai.
General Terms & Conditions for Clients (Sponsors/Partners/Exhibitors)
- Cancellation More Than Two Months Before Event: If the Client cancels more than seven days after signing the agreement and more than two months before the event, they must pay INOEX GLOBAL 50% of the total amount mentioned in the booking form.
- Cancellation 30-60 Days Before Event: If cancellation occurs between 30 to 60 days before the event, 75% of the contract amount remains due.
- Cancellation Less Than a Month Before Event: For cancellations less than a month before the event, 100% of the price remains due. This amount covers the marketing work already performed by INOEX GLOBAL for the Client and the loss of other opportunities incurred due to the Client’s initial engagement. This amount is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
- Credit Offer: INOEX GLOBAL may offer the Client a full credit up to the amount actually paid, which can be used within one year from the issue date for any event hosted by INOEX GLOBAL. No refunds or credits are available for cancellations received less than a month prior to the event. If the Client does not officially cancel this agreement and does not participate in the event, the invoice will remain payable in full.
License
Unless otherwise stated, INOEX GLOBAL and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on INOEX GLOBAL. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access material from INOEX GLOBAL for your personal use, subject to the restrictions in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from INOEX GLOBAL.
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from INOEX GLOBAL.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from INOEX GLOBAL.
- Redistribute content from INOEX GLOBAL.
Violation of these terms may result in the requirement to remove the content immediately.
Hyperlinking
The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:
- Government agencies
- Search engines
- News organizations
- Online directory distributors in the same manner as they hyperlink to other listed businesses
- System-wide Accredited Businesses, except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups
These organizations may link to our home page, publications, or other Website information provided the link: (a) is not deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products/services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.
We may consider and approve link requests from the following types of organizations:
- Commonly-known consumer and/or business information sources
- Dot.com community sites
- Associations or groups representing charities
- Online directory distributors
- Internet portals
- Accounting, law, and consulting firms
- Educational institutions and trade associations
We will approve link requests if: (a) the link does not reflect unfavorably on us or our accredited businesses; (b) the organization does not have negative records with us; (c) the benefit from the visibility of the hyperlink compensates for the absence of INOEX GLOBAL; and (d) the link is in the context
